The General Terms and Conditions of Business and Binding Conditions
In the following table, my fees for my respective services are set forth:

**I will prepare a customised coaching or training offering for your or your institute. Here, the type, target group, size, place and duration of the assignment are important for fee calculation.
** In the problem solution group or Tearapy, either I define the topics or the participants introduce their own topics. Apart from the price advantage, these methods have a lot of positive aspects in comparison to individual coachings. You can benefit from others, implement new behaviour patterns and receive suggestions and feedback from the group, which is often considered a risk in the beginning and later a positive factor.
Before an initial appointment, I would like you to send me your contact details by e-mail:
name(s), address and phone or mobile phone number, via which you can be personally contacted during the day.
Cancelling appointments:
Please remember to cancel appointments at least 48 hours before their scheduled start in writing (by e-mail) as otherwise, I will have to invoice them. Please also note that an appointment can only be cancelled during the office hours on working days (Monday to Friday) between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Cancellations outside these times are only valid on the following working day. From that point in time, the 48-hours rule applies.
Individual appointments take 60 minutes. A different duration can be agreed upon. The appointments will be invoiced according to the actual duration, however, at least at an hourly rate. After agreeing an appointment, you will receive the payment conditions by e-mail.
Fees in accordance with the above table also apply to initial appointments!
By agreeing an appointment at my coaching office in Frankfurt or a phone appointment, you accept the above conditions.
