The professional title is: healing practitioner for psychotherapy (Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie). The examination was set by the health authority (Gesundheitsamt) of the state capital of Wiesbaden and was taken on the 19^th of April 2016 and the licence was issued by Wiesbaden Public Order Office (Ordnungsamt) on the 20^th of April 2016.
